Ans. There are many function related with electronic spreadsheet. Main group of functions are given below:
Arithmetic functions :
-These functions offer basic tools to process numerical data.
-Where numerical calculation can be done.By using this function different mathematical calculation possible.
-For eg. POWER, PRODUCT,MOD etc.
Statistical functions:
-These have analysis tools and averaging tools.
-Statistical functions are used when a mathematical process is required for a range of cells, such as summing the values in several cell locations.
-For these computations, functions are preferable to formulas because adding many cell locations one at a time to a formula can be very time-consuming.
-for eg. COUNT, COUNTA, AVERAGE etc.
Date functions:
-The DATE function returns the sequential serial number that represents a particular date.
-These can process and convert dates.
-for eg. DAY, NETWORKDAYS, NOW etc.
Logical functions:
-Logical functions are used in spreadsheets to test whether a situation is true or false.
-These function can process logic data
-for eg.AND, OR, NOT etc.
Financial functions:
-Financial functions calculate financial information, such as net present value and payments.
-These function can process monetary data.
-for eg.NPV, PMT, FV etc.

अंकगणितीय कार्यहरु (Functions):
-यी समुहभित्र रहेका विभिन्न Function हरुले संख्यात्मक डेटा प्रशोधन गर्न आधारभूत भूमिका प्रदान गर्दछ।
- जहाँ संख्यात्मक गणना गर्न सकिन्छ।यि Function हरु प्रयोग गरेर विभिन्न गणितीय हिसाब गर्न सम्भव हुन्छ।
- उदाहरण को लागी POWER, PRODUCT,MOD
Statistical functions:-
- यी function सँग डाटाको विश्लेषण तथा औसतसम्बन्धी हिसाब गर्न सक्दछन
-सांख्यिकीय Functions को प्रयोगले विभिन्न सेलहरुलाई रेन्जको रुपमा लिएर हिसाब गर्न सम्भब बनाउँदछ
-धेरै सेलहरुमा रहेका डाटाहरुलाई एकै सेलमा समाबेश गरी नतिजा निकाल्न सकिने भएकोले समयको बचत हुन्छ ।

- मिति तथा समय सँग सम्बन्धीत Function ले विशेष गरी मिति र समय उल्लेख भएका डाटासँग सम्बन्धित हिसाब गर्नको निमित्त मद्धत गर्दछ ।
- यी प्रक्रियामा समय र मिति रूपान्तरण गर्न समेत सकिन्छ।

Logical Function:
- स्प्रेडसिटमा Logiacl Function हरूद्वारा दुइ वा दुइभन्दा बढी दिइएको मान सत्य वा गलत हो भनेर परीक्षण गर्न सकिन्छ।
-यो Function ले तार्किक डेटा प्रशोधन गर्न सक्छ
- उदाहरणका लागि And, OR,NOT आदि।
Financial Function हरू:
- वित्तीय कार्यहरू(Financial Function)ले वित्तीय सम्बन्धी डाटाहरु गणना गर्दछ, जस्तै NPV तथा PMT(Payments)
-यी Function हरूले Monetary डेटा प्रशोधन गर्न सक्छ।
-उदाहरणका लागि NPV, PMT, FV आदि।
